We often have this perfect image of a person sitting in a lotus position with their eyes closed and their hands forming 'harmonious' symbols, telling you to 'clear your mind'. What a beautiful image, which in no way reflects the reality of this practice.
Meditation is an exploration of one's body, heart, and mind, moment by moment. It is an intimate relationship with oneself.
This practice offers us the possibility of living free of mind with an open heart. But for this, and as with all relationships, one must give it time, attention and sympathy. This process is done by learning how the mind works and especially by coming back to body sensations. The anchoring of our experience.

Having grown up in a meditation center, this world is particularly familiar to me. I was 19 years old when I attended my first retreat in silence and I knew, from then on, that this practice would take a major place in my life.
I have since traveled a lot and discovered multiple ways of living and thinking that have enriched me and allowed me to explore the different angles of my practice. I have been meditating regularly for the past 7 years and it is in this continuity that I trained as a teacher. My objective was to deepen my understanding of this practice and here I am now, launched in the process of sharing it. For in my eyes, it is precious and beneficial to everyone.

During these classes, through various meditation techniques, movement, breathing and instructions, you will learn to:

Ideally a follow up over several weeks to integrate the practice.
